Recently, engineers of Shangmeng Technology have taken the lead in synthesizing nano-silver-copper bimetallic hydrosols with extremely high antibacterial activity at home and abroad, with particle sizes ranging from 5 to 10 nm and minimum inhibitory concentrations of 0.5 ppm (for E. coli). It is the lowest inhibitory concentration of all current reports, about 5 times lower than the minimum inhibitory concentration of the best nanosilver (for E. coli). The test found that the nano-silver-copper bimetallic solution and film improved the antibacterial ability of fungi (such as Candida albicans) by 3-10 times.

The nano-silver-copper bimetallic antibacterial sol synthesized by this technology has environmental protection, high biocompatibility and high stability, and has completed the stabilization and debugging of the small-scale production process, and has begun to be put on the market one after another.

In addition, the company's engineers have also synthesized nano-silver-copper-polyvinyl alcohol antibacterial film, which has a simple preparation and easy operation.

The company has begun the application research and industrialization of these two materials. It is believed that this material has broad market prospects and application value.

The two technology companies have already filed Chinese invention patents.
